What about termites?
It is not just established wood frame homes that are breeding grounds for termites and wood borers. New brick houses built on a concrete foundation are also a target. Termites only need a gap of less than 2mm and they cause massive damage to internal walls.
Our building and pest inspection Melbourne is our most popular service. Our inspectors are the most experienced in Melbourne. Geoff, our principle building and pest inspector, has conducted over 5500 inspections to date. Read more here on why you should choose us.
